Product Features of Pneumatic Marking Machine
|
Widely used in enterprises engaged in the production of automobiles and auto parts, high-pressure vessel manufacturing, aerospace, shipbuilding, railway, rail transit, large steel structures and other related fields. The main body is composed of an air cylinder with high impact force, and steel character dies of various specifications are installed on the marking head. The steel character dies are impacted onto the workpiece to be marked through high-speed impact. It is especially suitable for permanent marking of station numbers, serial numbers, product serial numbers, production dates and other fields, and is an excellent alternative to the traditional hand-held steel stamp marking.
Pneumatic marking features low daily maintenance costs; only the steel character dies need to be replaced after a certain service life, and other components rarely have problems. We can provide part marking tests for customers as required.
Operating Instructions
- Connect the pneumatic marking machine to compressed air with an air pipe and joints. It can be used when the pressure reaches 0.6-0.8Mpa. During operation, rotate the required character on the character turntable to the top position and pull the trigger to mark.
- The character turntable is equipped with 10 numeric digits and 2 English letters. For example, to mark the number "8", rotate the "8" on the character turntable to the top position and then strike.
- The pneumatic marking machine adopts safe protection technology, so there is no need to worry about accidental injury even in dry firing. To ensure the marking effect, the machine must be aligned with the workpiece to be marked before pressing and striking.
- During operation, hold the marking machine with the right hand and align it with the workpiece, and press the tail of the marking machine slightly with the left hand to achieve a clearer marking effect.
- For flat workpieces, simply place the marking machine on the surface naturally. For small flat or curved workpieces, ensure accurate alignment; otherwise, the marked characters may be uneven.
Product Features
- The whole machine is integrated and compact, requiring only an air source, with simple and convenient operation.
- The ZM series pneumatic marking machine uses air from an air compressor (compressed air at about 0.7Mpa is recommended; impure air will shorten the service life of the machine).
- The turntable marking machine is equipped with 10 numeric digits and 2 English letters. To mark a specific character, rotate the corresponding character on the character turntable to the top position and strike. Customers can select these 12 characters as needed.
- The steel marking heads are specially made of alloy steel, featuring pressure resistance and wear resistance.
- This marking machine is suitable for marking metal workpieces with a Rockwell hardness below 30, and the service life of the machine is about 1 million strikes for plain carbon steel workpieces.
- The marking heads adopt a T-type design to ensure safe use, preventing the heads from flying out and injuring the operators by mistake.
- The marking heads are manufactured with special technology, ensuring their durability and extending the service life. Under normal circumstances, each marking head can withstand about 100,000 strikes, subject to different workpiece materials.
- The marking heads are easy to disassemble. An internal hexagon wrench is provided for customer convenience; to replace a marking head, simply unscrew the screw on the turntable with the internal hexagon wrench.
- For long-term use of the marking machine, pay attention to maintenance to prevent weak striking. A few drops of the provided lubricating oil can be dripped into the air pipe inlet for lubrication.
- The standard length of the equipped air pipe is 9 meters, which can meet the working length requirements of most customers. If a longer pipe is needed, an external air pipe can be directly connected, and the pipe joint is a standard type.
- This product is suitable for marking numbers, letters and batch numbers on metal plates of any size.
